ADLIB helps boost diversity and inclusion with a new initiative
The benefits that arise from taking the best steps to create a workplace with a productive diversity and inclusivity programme are far-reaching.

Not about ticking boxes
ADLIB is passionate about its newest venture that has emerged through a partnership with Women’s Tech Hub and is set to run across the Bristol and Bath technology and data communities.
There are two components to the Consultancy. Firstly, ADLIB will initiate a Diversity and Inclusion Audit to establish what steps are already being taken, if any, to improve the balance in your workplace.
The next part involves mapping out a precise plan to kick start your new journey in diversity. ADLIB will then facilitate your businesses progress through coaching and mentoring toolkits and guidance, mystery shopping, thought leadership events, Diversity and Inclusion seminars and positive action programmes.
