Missionly’s objective is to connect talented young people to small and medium-sized businesses via a simple platform where businesses post ‘missions’ and students take them on in return for a reward in cash or in kind.

“We have thousands of amazingly skilled students and young people with a surprisingly wide range of skills in the UK,”  states the company. “However many of them are leaving education or graduating without the necessary commercial awareness and experience that they need to succeed in their chosen careers. At the same time we have a fast growing number of small businesses in the UK made up of start-ups, family and lifestyle businesses. Many of which are struggling to survive, but are desperately lacking and cannot afford the skills they need in order to develop and grow.”

The Missionly team celebrated its launch event in Bristol on 4th February in partnership with Fridge Networking – a business networking event for entrepreneurs.
