wriggleA start-up that provides its users with last-minute offers launched its mobile app today after having graduated from the incubator WebStart Bristol in March. The service which was created by entrepreneur Rob Hall, has been running on Twitter for a few months, but the idea was always to run the offers through a mobile app which is now available for download on Android and iOS.

Rob, told The Bristol Post: “Wriggle’s app will let the people of Bristol find on-the-day exclusives at really high-quality independent restaurants and bars in Bristol.

“Even great places have spare tables or quiet periods, so with the Wriggle app, these establishments can bring in some last-minute customers, fill their tables and get out to a new audience.”

The WebStart Bristol incubator was set up by Mike Jackson in the Engine Shed in Temple Quarter. It is the first crowd-funded incubator in the world and it provides 10 startups with £10k and 10 weeks of office space, support and intense mentoring to help them turn their idea into reality.
