One of the most popular events at the 2012 and 2013 Bath Digital Festivals was the Ignite event, and this year it’s returning bigger and better than ever.
For those who haven’t come across Ignite, it’s a global phenomenon where presenters talk about their personal and professional passions – but there’s a twist… Each presenter has just 5 minutes, and must use 20 slides that auto-advance every 15 seconds. Created in Seattle in September 2006 it has since expanded to over 100 cities worldwide.
It’s furious entertainment and you’ll certainly leave knowing more than you did when you arrived!

If you’d like to present, there are still some slots available, and with Bath being a hotbed of creativity and enterprise they can’t wait to see what is out there!
The theme of the night is “For Good”, but there is a very wide interpretation of this theme, so if you’d like to talk about something fun, serious, fascinating or informative (personal or professional) drop them a line using this form.
The night is free to attend, thanks to the event’s very kind sponsors MySociety, and tickets are available here. See more on this year’s Bath Digital Festival.
