national-freelancers-day-at-the-guildTo celebrate National Freelancers’ Day on Wednesday 19 November the Bath co-working Hub, the Guild, is opening its doors to let you try out its shared office space for free.

National Freelancers’ Day is designed to highlight the campaign to get the Government to support the self-employed and unleash the full potential of Britain’s independent professionals.

And with almost five million self-employed people in the UK making up 15% of the workforce it does seem about time that freelancers were properly represented in Government.

“Almost five million self-employed people in the UK make up 15% of the workforce”

One of the main aims of the National Freelancer’s Day campaign is to ensure self-employed people have affordable, flexible office space in which to flourish, and as The Guild offers exactly that, it seems sensible to offer you the chance to have a nose around a co-working hub for free to see if it’s the right kind of working environment for you.

And as the TechSPARK team already make use of their great office space, why not come and say hi to us while you are at it!
