Natter.com, the Bath-based three-word social network which lets you ‘Nanoblog your life’, today announced it had completed the first investment in the company. Business ‘Angels’ have invested an undisclosed six-figure sum to help grow the business.
“We have been thoroughly impressed with the team at natter and what they have achieved so far with very limited resources”
The lead investor said: “We have been thoroughly impressed with the team at natter and what they have achieved so far with very limited resources. With nearly 5000 users already signed up, the growth is very impressive for such an early stage business.”
Passionate natter users
He added: “We were also impressed by how passionate the active users are about natter. There is a real sense of community which we think will only get better as the site grows.”
“These funds will allow us to deliver on our road map for 2015 and get the world nattering!”
Neil Stanley (pictured left), CEO of Natter, commented: “We are delighted to receive this investment which is a real pat on the back for our small team who work incredibly hard. These funds will allow us to deliver on our road map for 2015 and get the world nattering!”
