Nth Screen is a new and rather nifty video platform that lets people film and watch together in sync across multiple devices. When anyone presses record, all the mobile devices connected by the app start recording together. The results are stitched together into a video montage allowing you to see the same scene from various viewpoints.

Nth Screen apps have now been launched in beta for testing and founder Tim Kindberg is looking for testers to put them through their paces. It is currently available from Android beta or iOS by email request.

“The vision is to provide a new type of social video experience and unleash people’s collective creativity in a new way”

Tim KindbergAs Tim told us previously: “At a nuts and bolts level, it’s to provide a platform for recording and playing video synchronised collections of videos. At a higher level, the vision is to provide a new type of social video experience and unleash people’s collective creativity in a new way.”
