Want to know what a leading digital global consultancy thinks are going to be the hottest tech trends this year? Our Techie Brekkie on 18 March at Bristol and Bath Science Park will be a discussion about Deloitte’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) predictions for 2015.
Tech trends and predictions
Based on a year of research, including surveys of tens of thousands of individuals and interviews with key industry executives, the predictions include an exploration of future tech from nano-satellites, niche drones and a new take on 3D printing.
Meanwhile the media and telecommunications predictions include new thoughts on short-form video, media content spending trends, and the rise of contactless mobile payments.
You can see a quick overview of some of the predictions in the video below:
Guest speaker
Taking us through the trends is Paul Lee (pictured left), Head of Technology, Media and Telecommunications Research at Deloitte. Paul has published numerous columns for the Financial Times, as well as several books, and prior to Deloitte was a director at Gartner Consulting.
