Last week over 200 virtual reality (VR) enthusiasts from the South West and beyond entered our Twitter competition to win a pair of tickets to VR World Congress – Europe’s biggest VR conference due to be held in Bristol on 11-13 April 2017.
“We’re offering 20% off the price of any ticket… specifically for TechSPARK readers”
The lucky winner, who was announced just yesterday via a random prize draw on the TechSPARK Twitter feed, is Dr Alison Diaper – a clinical mind and brain researcher based at the University of Bristol.
But with so many other VR lovers in the South West keen to get in on the action, Opposable Group – the company behind VR World Congress – has announced that TechSPARK readers can now claim 20% off their ticket for a limited time.
Ryan Davies, co-organiser of VWRC and Marketing and VR Executive at Opposable Group, explains: “We’re offering 20% off the price of any ticket, from full three-day passes to single-day expo tickets, specifically for TechSPARK readers!
“It’s important to note, however, that there are a limited number of discount codes available, so you’d better grab your ticket soon if you’re hoping to attend!”
UPDATE: Sadly the ticket allocation we had for this 20% discount has now run out. You can still visit the VR World Congress ticket page for tickets.
Important: Discount codes can only be used on single ticket orders. However, there’s nothing stopping you from making multiple orders if you’re looking to grab more than one ticket.
Find out more and stay up-to-date with the event on the VR World Congress website or follow the event on Twitter: @VRWorldCongress.
