Have you ever thought about venturing into video marketing or starting up a YouTube channel for your business? Perhaps you’re simply interested in what’s fueled the growth in popularity of platforms such as YouTube.
To help quell your thirst for video knowledge, next week TechSPARK is teaming up with the UK’s most successful family of YouTube and live-streaming experts the Yogscast for a unique opportunity to hear some of their expert advice on how to make your own channel a real success.
Yogscast launched their first YouTube channel in 2008. Nearly 10 years later they now have over 40 channels on YouTube and a growing list of live streaming channels on Twitch. In that time they’ve racked up over seven billion views and have more than 60 years of video watched every single day on YouTube alone.

The event is due to be held in The Yogscast’s brand new office and recording space in Bristol’s Queen Square on January 18 at 8 to 10 am. Anyone with an interest in the South West tech scene and growing their digital audience is welcome to book a place via the TechSPARK meetup group for just £5.
Led by Yogscast CRO and certified YouTube expert Rich Keith (pictured right), and fuelled by coffee and bacon sarnies, the morning will share the secrets and strategies you need to grow your own communities and get you kick-started on your journey to seven billion views.
To RSVP for a place at the brekkie, sign up via the TechSPARK meetup page. You can also find out more about the Yogscast on the Yogscast website.
