Bristol-based company Quarter has announced its plan to open a new flexible work space, Square Works, designed specifically to help businesses flourish. The new bespoke site will open next door to The Berkeley Square Hotel and The Square Club in spring 2019.
The independent company behind the likes of Clifton Hotels, The Square Club and Racks Bar & Kitchen has recently been nominated as finalists for The Bristol Lifestyle Awards. The new site aims to be a step up from its predecessor, Studio 31, which opened in 2010 and houses a number of successful local businesses, including Crack magazine.

Located just off the Clifton Triangle, Square Works finds its home in a Georgian townhouse. The building is currently undergoing a huge transformation to create a stimulating working environment, focused on light and greenery, and will be fully serviced throughout. Inside the space, there’ll be a mixture of co-working desks, designated spaces, and small offices designed to accomodate growing businesses. It also houses a variety of break out spaces for calls and quick meetings, as well as larger meeting rooms.
Residents of Square Works can enjoy all the perks of the adjoining members club, The Square; including access to the exclusive networking events, food service from the award-winning restaurant, and discounted rates at the Berkeley hotel and suites.
Work begins on the project in January and the site will be open in May 2019. If you’re interested, Square Works is now taking applications online via their website.
