Xavier Analytics won Emerging App Partner of the Year at the Xero annual awards. Held at London’s iconic Electric Brixton, the awards showcased the achievements made by those leading the way in the accounting and app industries. Hosted by award-winning comedian Lucy Porter, the glittering event recognised and celebrated the 150 practices and partners that attended. With 14 trophies up for grabs, the night marked the first time the annual Xero Awards were held as a stand alone event.

Xavier was the result of a partnership between progressive Bristol accounting agency, FD Works, and the experienced web development agency, Hatch Apps. Xavier emerged on the scene with a second-place prize for Best New App (EMEA) in the 2018 Xero hackathon, and was soon after accepted into SETsquared Bristol, the World’s top university incubator for high growth technology startups, based at the Engine Shed in the heart of Bristol.

Since joining the app marketplace, Xavier has become one of the fastest to grow in popularity. Xavier’s beautiful integration has been adding value to hundreds of Xero partners in the UK with a toolkit of intelligent data cleanup, bookkeeping and compliance tools designed to help get the best out of their clients’ financial data.

Glen Foster, Director of Accounting Partners at Xero commented: “The Xero Awards are a great opportunity to recognise the achievements of our accounting and app partners, and shine a light on the work they are doing to support small businesses. They are at the forefront of change, helping SMEs transform the way they do business.

Jonathan Gaunt, Co-Founder of Xavier and Director of FD Works accountancy, commented on the win: “We’re delighted to be named as Xero’s Emerging App Partner of the Year. It’s been an amazing journey so far, we’ve been blown away by the support and enthusiasm from our early adopters and the Xero team. A massive thank you to the Xavier team for all their hard-work and energy throughout.”
