If you’re a startup or scale-up currently looking for investment of between £100k and £2m, this is where you want to be!
The showcase will allow up to 12 startups or scale-ups from the South West of England and South Wales the opportunity to pitch their business to a virtual room of investors and enablers of investment from throughout the UK and further afield.
Finalists will be selected based on the strength of their submission, with the finalists to compete in early October for a place in the Investor Showcase in November.
If you want to be one of these successful 12, you have until 6pm on Friday 11th September to get your submissions in.
Abby Frear, TechSPARK & Silicon Gorge Director says: “Taking the event virtual has in many ways been a blessing, it worked well in the Spring edition, especially in terms of numbers of investors/ enablers attending the showcase, and obviously it’s easier for companies further south and west, Cornwall and South Wales to be able to participate which is brilliant.
As always, the event is really about making connections and sparking funding conversations. The marketing & PR that surrounds it is also great for the finalists and, thanks to the resource provided by the new Investment Activator Programme, we’re really excited to be able to hold two events this year for the first time.”
