- Move fast during the hiring process and have contracts with your search firm agreed ahead of time so that they are ready to go as soon as you are. Move slowly, and you run the risk of losing the best candidates.
- Think ahead. Have a supplier list of Executive Search companies set up and ready to go so that you can move fast upon securing the funding. Regular RFP’s are a great way to find the best Executive Search firms. Your future self will thank you for this.
