Nominations for The SPARKies Awards 2023 have officially closed, which means we’re one step closer to the main event and can reveal the longlist.
The SPARKies will be back on 13 July at 7pm to once again celebrate the best of tech and digital in the West in summer party style at Parade Gardens! The SPARKies 2023 will be an extra special occasion for another reason. As we’re curating the Bath Digital Festival this year, we thought it would be fitting to host the awards during the festival. In case you hadn’t guessed – The SPARKies will also be returning to its home in the historic city of Bath.
Some of you will be well accustomed to The SPARKies celebrations. This year we will be bringing you the signature casual awards show with a selection of food, drink and various activities. Make sure to secure yourself a spot at the party by grabbing a ticket today!
Back to The SPARKies longlist...
Thanks to all of your proactive nominating, and of course with so much bustling talent in the region, we now have a list of over 100 individuals, startups, organisations and agencies all making the South West’s tech cluster what it is today.
We encouraged you all to help us make this SPARKies the best one yet by putting yourselves and the awesome people around you forward. With such a high bar for talent here in the tech South West scene, we don’t think the request was too much of a challenge. And you certainly delivered.
It’s fantastic to see a combination of familiar faces and new names in this list, and it really is a testament to how vibrant our community is.
Our brilliant SPARKies Judges now have the tough challenge of deciding who to shortlist and who to award the ultimate winner’s title. The shortlist will be here VERY soon.
So, without further ado, have a gander at this year’s nominees (in alphabetical order) and see if you can spot your youself!
