So we’ve decided to highlight the awesome groups keeping us connected.
Today we’re introducing you to Successo, the personal and professional development community. Here to answer our questions is Claudia Ghadimi, Head of Marketing at Storm Consultancy.
1. What’s your Meetup?
Successo is the Italian word for success. Founded in the Roman city of Bath, Successo is a community for professionals who want to thrive in all areas of life. We’re here to help you with the personal development that impacts your professional development.

2. Who’s it for?
If you’re early in your career, in the early stages of running your own business, have recently relocated to a new city with a new job and want to meet new people, work for a cool company, please come along. Our events are for everyone at a crossroad or new chapter who thinks they can benefit from the content.
3. Is there any criteria to join?
No, we just ask you to come along and get involved and be open minded to the topics of the event – we trust you wouldn’t sign up to anything that doesn’t seem relevant to you.
4. What’s the format of your event?
Our events are very chilled but we offer a variety of styles such as workshops, keynote speakers, panel discussions and your more relaxed pub meetups. We aim to help you find the resources you need to feel confident in a variety of areas of life.
5. If you could invite anyone to your meet-up who would it be?
Anyone who wants to connect with likeminded people and want to learn something new or more about themselves.
6. How many members do you generally have at an event?
It varies from event to event. Keynote speaker events should see about 50 attendees, casual meetups would see 25 or so and workshops vary based on venue size but these are typically more intimate as you’re in a more educational environment.
7. What are some of the typical subjects you discuss?
Topics vary based on each event style. We want speakers to share their business journey from the personal sense. Our workshops could cover any topic that may be useful, from financial guidance to understanding your personality type. Our casual events such as pub meetups are there to help you connect with like minded people, there’s no theme or topic for these events.
