Graphcore support all gender identities, sexual orientations and expressions, and regularly engage with our LGBTQIA+ community to ensure meaningful initiatives. We celebrate Pride with donations to local events, office decorations, and hosting themed fundraisers such as our Pride Bake Off.
Building an inclusive environment for trans employees is important to us. We encourage pronoun use and offer gender-neutral toilets with free sanitary products (implemented after employee feedback).
