TALK
Brazen wants to hear from the people building what’s next. Whether you’re a founder, a researcher, a leader or someone doing something nobody has a title for yet – if you’ve got something worth saying, we want you on our stage.
Talks sit across the summit and community tracks and should connect to the core themes running through the festival: leadership, AI, clean tech, scale and creativity. Bring your innovations, your hard-won lessons, and your most provocative ideas.
Bristol is listening.
PANEL
The best panels don’t just inform, they spark something. We’re looking for sessions that put contrasting voices in the same room and let the conversation go somewhere interesting.
Panels should tackle the questions our community is genuinely wrestling with. We want challenge, nuance and the occasional respectful disagreement, not a polished PR roundtable.
A strong panel has a sharp moderator, three or four panellists whose experiences differ but connect, and space for the audience to be part of the conversation.
WORKSHOP
Got a challenge worth tackling together? A topic that needs more than a talk can give it? Run a workshop at Brazen.
We’re looking for facilitators, practitioners and organisations who want to lead hands-on, participatory sessions around the themes shaping the festival.
Workshops work best when they’re built around real problems, live questions or emerging ideas that genuinely benefit from group thinking.

IMMERSIVE INSTALLATION
We’re looking for work that stops people in their tracks. Installations that use technology not as a tool, but as a medium, to provoke, delight, disorient or inspire.
Robotics, mixed reality, interactive projection, multi-sensory environments… if it creates a moment of genuine wonder, we want to know about it. Indoor or outdoor, with a preference for work that can stay up for the full week so the public can find it in their own time.
If you’re sitting on a challenge your industry hasn’t cracked, a method you want to test with a live group, or a conversation that needs the right people in the room, this is your format.
POSTERS
A more considered way to share work in progress in writing and images. Posters are open to students, researchers, artists and enthusiasts – anyone with something to say that benefits from space, structure and a proper conversation.
Work is displayed throughout the festival in a dedicated area at techSPARK House, with timed sessions where authors are on hand to talk through their work.
PERFORMANCE
Technology doesn’t just build things, it transforms them. This strand is for live work that sits at the intersection of tech and culture: performance, music, immersive experiences and film that show what happens when those worlds genuinely collide.
Experiences selected here will form part of Brazen’s live programming across the week.
DEMO OR SHOWCASE
If you’re making something, really making it, this is your space.
Builders, developers, artists, experimenters: bring your AR prototypes, creative AI tools, game builds, hardware hacks and technical experiments to Brazen. This is a live, hands-on zone where people can get in, get curious and get involved with your work.
