Bristol company helps Indian software sell in Asia
“This is a win-win situation which will produce mutual benefits for both organisations and the customers”
42Gears was last year named as one of the 50 fastest growing companies in India, developing software to help deploy, configure, manage and secure enterprise mobile devices. This is being driven by the growth in the Internet of Things, and the company wanted to tap into the expertise that TV&S has developed in supporting high-tech customers across Asia.

“T&VS is strong in the APAC and together we plan to attend customer requirements in this region,” said Abhay Koranne, Senior Vice President at 42Gears. “This is a win-win situation which will produce mutual benefits for both organisations and the customers.” The company has over 6000 customers across 102 countries who use 42Gears products for managing and securing mobile devices.
Demand from IoT devices is soaring
The demand for mobility software in the Asia Pacific region has witnessed a huge upsurge recently fuelled by increasing adoption of IoT devices across government, utility, manufacturing, healthcare and retail verticals in Singapore, India, China, South Korea and Indonesia.
The partnership will combine 42Gears’ expertise in enterprise software development with T&VS’ expertise in testing and after-sales support activities across the lifetime of an application.
“We believe the T&VS partnership with 42Gears is very strategic because it helps us achieve the dual objective of addressing the enterprise requirements of our existing customers in the APAC region while at the same time increasing the Total Addressable Market (TAM) for both organisations,” said Karthik Nagappan, Director – Engineering and Operations, T&VS for APAC and North America.
TV&S was founded in Bristol and provides software to develop, secure and test complex products in microelectronics and embedded systems.
