ISL Recruitment is an award-winning Bristol based consultancy that specialises in the recruitment of highly skilled and experienced professionals for clients in the IT/Technology and Engineering sectors.
Born out of a desire to challenge stereotypical ‘robotic’ recruitment, ISL was set up by two recruiters in 2007 to offer an alternative to the ‘quantity-over-quality’ ethos of typical consultancies.
ISL focus on fostering long-term client relationships and understanding business culture and values, rather than call times and CV targets.
