Laura Smith

I’m a service designer with a background in content design. I’ve been involved in many projects to design, test and delivery digital services in healthcare and the public sector. I’m also a founder of a social enterprise using data and modern technology to help create circular economies for plastic waste. I often speak about user-centred design, design thinking in digital, user research, prototyping, lean start up and prototyping in the global south, digital health and public services, and creating accessible services.
