We caught up with Seer 365 to learn more about the software development startup. Here to answer our 10 questions is CEO at Seer 365 Sam Dharmasiri.
1. In your own words – what do you do?
Seer 365 provide a software application platform called GYDE365, which automates and accelerates many of the key activities associated with selling and implementing Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 business applications, which are used by business of all sizes across the globe.
2. What’s the most exciting thing about what you’re doing?
We are providing genuine innovation within our industry sector – no one else is doing what we do. We are transforming the productivity of both our customers and partners.
3. What are you most proud of so far?
Taking our idea and turning it into a product that customers are willing to spend money on, in under a year, and while there is a global pandemic happening!

4. What have you found most difficult about being a startup?
Focusing on the right areas. We are not short of great ideas but we have had to make some tough decisions to ensure we meet deadlines and core objectives.
5. What would you do differently if you started now?
To be honest, not a great deal. As a team we have had a lot of experience in other start-up / scale ventures and we have put all those learnings into Seer 365.
6. Where do you think you’ll be in 12 months?
We will be in growth mode. We are aiming to set up our North American and Australia & New Zealand operations, where we already have significant customers.
7. What tools/people/services/organisations helped you most?
TechSpark, of course! We have also had great help from our bank, NatWest, and Microsoft, who have been instrumental in our success so far. More recently, we’ve been awarded funding from Innovate UK, which will help accelerate the enhancement of our product offerings.
8. What’s the best thing about being based in Swindon & Wiltshire?
Half of our team live in region and the rest live across the country, or further afield, so Swindon, positioned on the M4 corridor and with easy access to London and the M5, is a practical and affordable central hub for our business.
9. What support does the tech scene need in Swindon & Wiltshire?
More opportunities for networking and collaboration.
10. Where can we find out more about you?
