The Quantum Engineering Technology Labs (QETLabs) at the University of Bristol has organised a unique one-day event to explore the impact and opportunities brought by the development of quantum technologies.

The event, at HP Labs in Bristol, brings together the broader quantum and related activity at the University of Bristol with new science discoveries as well as engineering and technology demonstrators all the way through to real world examples from companies such as Airbus and Gooch & Housego.

Bristol is one of the leading research centres for quantum photonics technologies, and runs a post-doctoral research centre in Quantum Engineering. Professor Jeremy O’Brien from the university will co-chair on the Global Future Council on Computing for the next two years.

This event is aimed at those with an interest in bringing quantum technologies into their business, working with existing companies and academic research groups to develop underpinning and associated technologies and applications.

You can sign up for the event on 23rd November at the Quantum Technologies: Today and Tomorrow Eventbrite page
