A luxury co-working space within a private members’ club, Square Works is expanding and is set to open its next phase of renovations this summer. The final offices in its Grade II* listed Georgian townhouse are opening in August 2021, with yet more expansion in a final phase in the modern part of the building completing in early 2022.
Over the last year, there has been a shift in how companies view their working arrangements, with co-working spaces seeing a huge uplift in memberships as workers turn to hybrid working arrangements. Square Works has been no exception – the community has grown by over 100% despite the pandemic as people crave options outside working at home. In a sign of this trend, the club’s Georgian offices are now completely sold out, with applications for the final phase in the modern part of the building now being taken. However, there are still Hot-desk and dedicated desk packages that are still open for applications for freelancers.
The Community Manager, Kevin, and his team are excited to continue the popular social and wellness events as restrictions lift, including Prosecco Thursdays and creative workshops such as flower arranging. In addition to the coworking space, the Square Club is available for members’ social needs with their boutique cocktail bar and a hidden gem, their Secret Garden. Perks such as discounted yoga classes and spa treatments are available to encourage members to support local businesses.
